ChristianMingle is hoping to attract new mem
bers with a special Valentine’s Day promotion.
The online dating Web site is
offering free communications to its members in celebration of the romantic holiday.
A 30-second video, created by Havas Edge, showcases the promotion. It is airing nationally on Hulu andYouTube
as well as across a variety of syndicated, network and cable TV.
“Valentine's Day is our high season, which is why we're encouraging more communication,” John Volturo, global chief
marketing officer, tells Marketing Daily. “We wanted to give people the opportunity to experience the new ChristianMingle and connect with others who share their values -- especially
during a time of year when finding love is an even bigger priority.”

ChristianMingle relaunched in mid-December. The new site aims to foster an open, contemporary and
diverse community where like-minded Christians come together in romance and companionship, and as a result, help build the global Christian community.
The site redesign was
aimed at offering a cleaner, streamlined experience that simplifies interactions. A new daily matches feature gives users a simple curated look at your best matches.
