Speedy Email By EasilyDo App Arrives on Android

EasilyDo, Inc. announced the launch of its speedy mobile email application, Email by EasilyDo, on Android devices Wednesday.

Email by EasilyDo is an iOS email application and productivity helper intended to help users organize their inbox more effectively with machine-learning algorithms. The key element is its speed -- the company claims to be the fastest mobile email application on the market.

“The way that email delivery works, many network requests between servers are required for a mail app to accomplish the process of fetching email headers and content, such as email subject lines, images or attachments,” says Mikael Berner, CEO at EasilyDo, Inc. “Managing these requests efficiently is the key to a fast mail experience.”

Every individual network request has its own lifecycle, which is executed at various speeds, says Berner. One time-consuming network request could potentially block other requests, slowing down the entire mobile experience.

The four core components that form the foundation for the application's algorithm are: a queue system that receives incoming requests and prioritizes execution according to a user's previous behavior, a channel throttling system that monitors overall performance and pinpoints any latency issues in real-time, a mail server API strategy; and a custom search adapter that filters search results to a reasonable size to limit latency issues.

Berner says the company's study of the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), an industry standard used by email clients to retrieve email messages, led to the development of a proprietary mail-fetching algorithm.

Now Android users can take advantage of Email by EasilyDo’s intelligent assistant to keep their inbox organized by categories such as expenses, package tracking, or entertainment. EasilyDo also provides users with real-time travel notifications.

This intelligence is transferred to the email search function, so users can quickly search for important messages by keyword, name, phrase, or category. Search requests update with each new character, as opposed to a full phrase, to maximize search speed.

The mobile application has an interactive user-interface with customizable swipes and notifications. It delivers a higher level of security features since email messages are encrypted during transportation, unlike other email applications that store email messages in the cloud. sear

Email by EasilyDo currently supports Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook 365, AOL email, and generic IMAP accounts. The company expects support for Microsoft Exchange in the near future for Android.

The app is now available for download on the Google PlayStore, and is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
