Marketers Failing To Personalise Landing Pages

Despite all the data that email marketing might offer a brand, nine in ten still reveal they are unable to personalise Web experiences when people land on their site. According to research by Acquia, reported in Netimperative, nearly half of marketers revealed that they are unable to tell who people are and what they are interested in when they arrive at their site.
