TV Spend Stalled Last Year, Will Shrink In 2017

While the overall message from this morning's ad-spend figures from AA/Warc are that budgets are on the upswing, Campaign points out that this does not apply quite as much to tv. The channel grew by just 0.2% last year and is forecast to shrink by 0.5% in 2017.
