'Love Clicks' For Telemundo's New Mobile Dating Show

Telemundo has developed a dating show for today’s mobile-first, social-savvy viewers.

Created in partnership with Endemol Shine Latino, Love Clicks 24/7 willcombine live 24/7 video streaming footage with competitions, which are specifically designed to unfold across mobile, linear and social platforms.

While the show -- available in both English and Spanish -- will featurethree single men competing for love, it is the women who choose their partners.

The audience will get to ‘click’ and vote for their favorite couple, ultimately choose one winning pair.

The show is tailor-made for “Generation M,” in the words of Peter Blacker, EVP of digital media and emerging nusiness at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises.

“While finding love is never easy, we will definitely make it fun to watch and engage,” he stated.

Telemundo and Endemol Shine Latino plan to distribute exclusive custom video content across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. These videos will feature weekly branded challenges in which contestants can win special privileges and rewards.

This component should give sponsors the opportunity to share unique formats, which are more likely to connect with younger audiences.

Additionally, Telemundo plans to share series updates with fans through sponsored content pods on its broadcast and cable channels.

The show marks Telemundo’s and Endemol Shine Latino’s first digital programming partnership. Previously, the companies joined efforts on the series “Gran Hermano.”

Endemol Shine Latino -- the Spanish-language division of EndemolShine North America -- is also producing Telemundo’s upcoming series “El Ganador,” which features Latin music star Nicky Jam and Universo’s “El Vato.”
