By creating an in-house agency Intel brought ideation closer to the brand and brought the brand closer to consumer experiences, Yogi Graham, Director, Intel Global Production Labs told the TV & Video Insider Summit last week. Their ongoing partnership with Lady Gaga illustrates the brand message shifting focus from product to experiences. As a brand that didn't have centralized marketing, Intel had to answer some key questions as part of the learning process that allowed its marketing team to create integrated campaigns and becoming an experience-focused brand. Graham shared some of the learnings and challenges.
