Evergage Expands Partner Program

Evergage expanded its partner program on Wednesday, joining forces with several digital marketing agencies to help clients boost overall marketing effectiveness via personalization.

Evergage’s new service partners include Brooks Bell, Demand Spring, Harte Hanks, The Plum Tree Group, Sophelle, SFCC, WiderFunnel, and Yes Lifecycle Marketing.

“Our clients have customer-centric cultures and need to provide their customers with relevant, individualized experiences,” states Naoshi Yamauchi, president of Brooks Bell. “Personalization has become, for many, a critical part of their strategies, allowing companies to break through clutter and connect with their audiences in a meaningful and engaging way.”

The firms will be joining their marketing expertise with Evergage’s marketing technology to help customers boost conversion rates and brand loyalty. The partner firms will work with Evergage’s technology via a full training and certification program, while Evergage will benefit from their service partner specialties, such as A/B testing and campaign management.

Evergage’s real-time personalization platform combines customer data, behavioral analytics, and machine-learning algorithms to boost customer engagement with data-driven campaigns. Evergage claims to power individualized experiences for more than 2 billion website visitors, and supports marketing campaigns across websites, mobile apps, onsite search, and in email marketing campaigns.

Evergage most recently announced the closing of a $10 million Series C round in early August that placed total funding to date to $31.5 million.
