MullenLowe Mediahub Wins MTV Media AOR

MTV has selected MullenLowe Mediahub as its U.S. media agency of record. Mediahub, will provide offline and digital media planning and buying services. This new relationship adds to Mediahub’s existing partnership with MTV’s Viacom sister brand VH1. 

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Mediahub as we have seen their breakthrough work for VH1 over the past three years and we’re confident they will bring the same energy, enthusiasm and inventiveness to MTV,” stated Kate Keough, senior vice president, marketing, strategy & project management. “This is a significant moment for the brand as we get set to launch 30 new and returning shows in 2018.” 

One of Mediahub’s first projects will be to promote “Floribama Shore,” which premiered last week and was the network’s best launch since 2014. The media agency had previously worked with MTV on a project basis in support of the Movie & TV Awards, the VMAs, and TRL.

The MTV win is Mediahub’s eighth new client win in 2017, following its selection by Chipotle, Rémy Cointreau, Staples and others. 

MediaPost recently named Mediahub Creative Media Agency of the Year for a second straight year.
