USIM, the big independent media-services agency founded by Dennis
Holt, has hired Rob Jayson as executive vice president of insights and analytics.
A 20-year veteran of Madison Avenue analytics, audience science, media strategy, buying and
research, Jayson joins USIM from Publicis Media, where he was global lead for branded applications.
Prior to that, he served as worldwide Chief Data Officer of Publicis’ Zenith Media
unit.
In those roles, Jayson created unique, data-driven insights tools and proprietary processes for clients such as Verizon, Toyota (Scion), Disney, Nestle, JP Morgan Chase,
Hewlett-Packard, Fox, General Mills and Caesars.
In his new role, USIM said Jayson will be responsible for “bridging the gap between consumer trends and the industry to
determine appropriate and effective advertising platforms across all channels.”
He will be based in USIM’s New York offices.
