H&M is launching a voice application for holiday gift purchasing on smartphones.

The H&M Home Gift Guide is available on Google Home smart speakers as well as on phones.

The guide can be activated by asking Google Assistant for H&H Home, which provides gifts and payment capabilities through voice commands using the payment provider Stripe.

H&M started working with Google earlier in the year with the launch of H&H Home Stylist, a voice application.

“This fast-growing technology is opening up new possibilities for the retail industry to inspire and interact with customers,” stated Anders Sjöblom, managing director of H&M Home. “By giving a voice to our brand, we will enhance the customer experience and be able to speak with our customers whenever they want."
