Digital Air Strike Acquires Two Firms In Bid To Drive Auto Dealer Sales And Clicks

Digital Air Strike, a provider of social media and lead response services, has acquired the assets of Target Media Partners Interactive (TMPi), a lead generation company, and Libra Systems, a firm that helps automotive retailers with leasing and financing operations. Terms were not disclosed. 

Digital Air Strike is adding 52 employees and 3,000 subscriptions with these purchases. In addition, it is gaining an office location in Los Angeles and team representations in the field throughout the U.S.

TIMPi’s capabilities will be integrated into Digital Air Strike’s lead-generation platform, in order to generate sales for dealerships.

In addition, Libra Systems’ “Risk-to-Roll Software” will be integrated into Response Path, Digital Air Strike’s messaging platform, Response Path, and Response Logix, its lead-response tool.

TMPi provides a lead-generation network comprised of partner websites, local search and display advertising. It helps brands drive clicks via email and website clicks, and also phone response.

The company has made several other acquisitions over the past ten months, including the Eldercare Technology’s AI chat technology business and Path Chat.
