Certona, a firm that helps firms personalize the customer experience via email and other channels, will make an upgraded integration available through the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Marketplace.
The arrangement will enhance compatibility between Certona and the Commerce Cloud.
In addition, it will combine Certona’s personalization capabilities with the Salesforce commerce platform, states Meyar Sheik, CEO and co-founder of Certona.
Certona uses machine-learning technology to deliver what it calls “hyper-personalized” communications through email, mobile, web, stores and call centers. The company has been linked with Commerce Cloud since 2010.
It claims to facilitate personalized search, discovery, recommendations and content, analytics and testing.
