Bed Bath & Beyond's new national digital ad campaign is using behavior targeting to entice viewers to visit a brick-and-mortar store.

The creative, developed with Evolution Bureau, highlights the in-store customer experience through a deadpan clerk who explains the nuances of shopping in an actual store: "Do you have two-day shipping?" "Well, you buy the thing and then leave, so it's more like 'today' shipping."

The media buy runs across YouTube, Facebook and Instagram/Instagram Stories.
