WorkWise, an ERP and CRM software developer, has introduced an enhanced version of its CRM tool, including new customer communication features.
The revised service, OnContact CRM 10.6, helps firms resolve customer issues, improve productivity and share product information among departments and employees, the company says.
In addition, the tool enables firms to manage product alterations. It also includes an improved dashboard.
“The new features in CRM 10.6 provide information customer service teams need to deliver accurate solutions, resolve issues quicker and maximize the type of service that customers require today,” states Wayne Wedell, president and CEO of WorkWise.
According to WorkWise, the new features include:
Searching built on the CRM global search framework.
Knowledge article assignment, editing and publishing available in the customer portal.
Workflow functions including a drag and drop Workflow designer.
An application designer tool that includes tab and command bar designers.
