Marketo Engage has formed an integration with Exceed.ai to automate email communications that are usually handled manually by sales teams.
Users of Marketo Engage now have access to Exceed’s AI platform, which is now listed in the LaunchPoint by Marketo, an Adobe partner program.
The goal is to help sales teems “scale their personalized buyer communications and build long-term relationships," states Shai Alfandary, Marketo global head of ISVs & LaunchPoint Ecosystem program, Adobe.
According to Marketo, the integration allows sales teams to:
- Engage and qualify leads that the team does not have the bandwidth to contact
- Automate follow up conversations after trade shows and other events.
- Trigger a conversational email campaign after a prospect interacts with a Marketo Engage nurturing campaign.
- Reactivate dormant leads.
Marketo cites findings showing that half of sales time is wasted on unproductive prospecting and that 80% of marketing leads are ignored, costing firms around $1 trillion per year.
