CustomerGauge Unveils Email/SMS Survey Tracking Tool

CustomerGauge has unveiled a product that it says help B2B brands track and ensure Email/SMS survey delivery.

The new service, Data Transport Report, enables firms to maintain data quality and consistency across touchpoints, the company says. The goal is to supply “more granular reporting on survey and SMS deliveries," states Trishaala Chengappa, VP of product at CustomerGauge.

Data Transport Report allows users to track delivery and errors from dashboards, the company says. In addition, it provides: 

  • An overview of where the data is in the funnel
  • 25 error buckets to act on bounces, landline numbers, absent subscriber or incorrectly configured campaigns and other errors
  • Click-through capabilities allowing see the contacts in each of the buckets 
  • Net Response percentage based on delivery to the customer 
  • A trend of performance over time
