Financial Regulators Want Google To Be Responsible For Tackling Scammers

The Financial Conduct Authority is urging MPs to add financial harm to the duty of care requirements that will be place on the tech giants in forthcoming legislation. The Telegraph reveals that the organisation is finding it difficult to prevent scammers bidding for top search spots on Google and so wants the law to force Google to block unscrupulous advertisers.
