Technology company Criteo S.A. has named Sarah Glickman as chief financial officer, effective September 8.

Glickman will replace interim CFO Dave Anderson, who served in that role for four months. 

In addition, Glickman will be principal accounting officer for Criteo. 

Previously, Glickman was acting CFO for XPO Logistics for 20 months. Prior to that, she served as senior VP of corporate finance an transformation for the company. 

Glickman has also worked in operational CFO roles at Novartis and Honeywell International.
