Braze Integrates With Microsoft Azure And Tealium

Customer engagement specialist Braze has added Microsoft Azure to its roster of supported cloud platforms. It should be available early in 2021, following use by a large retailer. 

It means that Braze is now available on two global cloud platforms, the company says.  

In addition, Braze has formed a new integration with Tealium will allow brands to purchase data based on custom events, user attributes, and purchase data. The objective is deliver more personalized experiences. 

The partnership will connect the two technologies and enable brands to “listen, understand and act,” states Mike Anderson, founder and CTO of Tealium.

Braze is also offering a new Report Builder and Funnel Reports service for tracking campaign metrics.  

The new offerings are designed to “help brands evolve and reimagine their customer engagement programs faster than ever, which is especially critical during these challenging times,” states Kevin Wang, senior vice president of product at Braze.
