Car Rental giant Enterprise holdings confirmed today it is conducting searches for media, brand strategy and digital agencies.
The firm, which owns flagship
car rental company Enterprise, as well as National and Alamo, spent close to $50 million in measured media last year, according to Kantar.
The media agency incumbent, Omnicom
Media Group’s PHD, is defending the assignment. Brand strategy and digital AORs are being selected for the first time.
The company issued a statement attributed to
Randal Narike, executive vice president/global mobility and customer experience: “We’re looking for several agency partners who share our vision, understand our bold goals and who want to
join us on the exciting journey ahead as we transform our marketing capabilities to ensure we continue to exceed consumer expectations.”
It’s been a tough year for
the car-rental business, given the pandemic.
Enterprise competitor Hertz filed for bankruptcy protection in May.
