In addition, the firm says it has achieved $60 million in annual recurring revenue.
Founded in 2011, the company offers call-tracking technology and marketing tools for SMBs.
The firm is investing in its team and expecting further growth in 2021.
In 2020, CallRail announced two products.
Conversation Intelligence provides automated call transcription and AI-powered call analysis.
Lead Center allows SMBs to connect with, prioritize and manage every lead from a single inbox, the firm claims.
The firm is now a “fully integrated marketing and analytics platform,” states Mary Pat Donnellon, CRO of CallRail.
