Iterable Debuts Tool To Measure Consumer Sentiment Through Email Clicks, Mobile Push Opens

Iterable has launched a personalization tool that it says helps brands measure customer sentiment.

The new offering, Brand Affinity, allows marketers to identify, segment and engage with customers based on their behavior. 

Powered by Iterable AI, the tool converts customer signals like email clicks and mobile push opens into affinity labels that can be used in campaigns across channels. 

Brand Affinity helps companies “maximize retention with loyal customers, nurture customers through each lifecycle stage, and mitigate churn with unsatisfied customers," states Bela Stepanova, vice president of product at Iterable.

One user, dgtl fundraising, finds that Brand Affinity provides "deep insight into donor sentiment that enables us to more effectively nurture at all stages of the user journey," says Dani Gonzalez, founder and CEO, dgtl fundraising.
