Dynamic Yield has launched an integration with Portaltech Reply that it says will allow personalization on any SAP Commerce site. 

The arrangement also would help brands remind cart abandoners about their basket. And the site will display a free shipping threshold notification the company says. 

In addition, it personalizes a site visitor’s home page banner experience in real-time, the company adds. 

The goal is to help brands achieve greater personalization “across the digital retail ecosystem,” states James Fraser, Channel and Alliances Director at Dynamic Yield.

Portaltech Reply is a partner for SAP Customer Experience solutions.

The firm hopes to make it easier for SAP Commerce-based online shops to get started with Dynamic Yield’s personalization and experimentation capabilities,” states E. Fesenmeier, managing director of Portaltech Reply.
