Thryv Integrates With Gmail, Allowing Customer Account Data To Reside In Inbox

Thryv Holdings, Inc. has integrated its customer experience platform with Gmail.

Clients now have direct access to Thryv data within their Gmail email service account, including contact information, correspondence, appointments and payments.

The arrangement allows small businesses to have all of their customers’ account details “right in your Gmail email inbox,” states Ryan Cantor, vice president of product and marketing for Thryv.

This access to details can facilitate engagement. “Even something as simple as wishing them a happy birthday in an email can help build lasting relationships, and improve your customer experience each time you connect with them,” Cantor adds.

All Thryv packages now come with one professional domain-based Gmail account, the company says.

The new tool has received high marks from clients that have tried it.

“I love the fact that I can access Thryv without having to log in to a separate tab,” states Jennifer Wesselman, owner of Forged ARTolley, Verona, Kentucky.

Michael Lynn, owner of 3D Print Everything, in Fort Worth, Texas, adds: “This streamlines adding clients into Thryv. It's literally taking clicks, probably 5 to 10 clicks, out of the process.”

Cantor notes that of “Gmail email service’s 1.8 billion users worldwide, millions of them are businesses.”
