Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners is adding several new faces to its senior leadership team as the Sausalito-based agency seeks to position itself for post-pandemic success.

Kerri Stumpo joins as head of media communications strategy to be responsible for leading media intelligence, strategy, investment and performance across all channels, working with clients to help evolve their media strategies. She’ll also be working with teams across the agency to help grow BSSP’s integrated media/creative capability.

Stumpo departs OMD, where she served as senior director, integrated planning, leading integrated media and communications strategy for McDonald’s. Prior to that, Stumpo held senior media positions at PHD Worldwide, Publicis Health Media and MediaHub//Mullen.

Liz Corsini is named head of production to oversee the production team and manage the agency’s in-house content studio from her home base in LA. During her former freelance career, she worked for agencies such as 72andsunny, Anomaly, Cashmere and Tool, and helped create work for the likes of Apple, Jaguar, Google, Facebook and Activision. She replaces Vince Genovese, who is moving into her previous world of freelancing.

Jake Bayham is elevated from strategy director to head of strategy. Over the last two years, Bayham has overseen strategy on key clients including ESPN, NBA 2K, Sovos Brands, Blue Shield and Mitsubishi. He replaces Chris Cummings, who is taking a break and will also move to freelance in time.

Nicole Schofield, formerly with CPB, joins as executive integrated producer to help build out BSSP’s production department as well as manage production on accounts including ESPN, FootJoy, and Savos Brands. She reports to Corsini.
