Cloudli Communications Corp. has acquired Omnivigil Solutions, a Quebec-based provider of mass notification and customer-service tools. Terms were not disclosed. 

The purchase boosts Cloudli’s Canadian SMB customer base. The firm will provide Canadian SMBs with “advanced cloud-based features, contact center solutions, CRM and third-party integrations,” says Gavin Macomber, President and CEO of Cloudli.

Omnivigil serves over 800 customers and has over 70 partners. The firm’s mission is to help “SMBs, municipalities and government agencies harness the power of VoIP and cloud-based technologies,” says Christian Paré,” CEO of Omnivigil.

Cloudli serves over 7,000 customers in the U.S. and Canada.
