Dynamic Yield has launched a platform-agnostic personalization tool based on AI and predictive algorithms.
The new tool, tool, Experience Email, includes: a drag-and-drop editor, product recommendations using Dynamic Yield’s AdaptML strategy, affinity-based personalization and contextual strategies, the company says. It also supplies a code snippet generator.
"Most email sends still rely on basic segmentation, with very little personalization applied to make them stand out in the inbox and inspire action," says Liad Agmon, CEO of Dynamic Yield.
In contrast, Experience Email “adapts each content block within an email campaign based on cross-channel data, rendered at the time of email open, to ensure the most relevant and engaging experience,” Agmon adds.
The new solution can be used with any email service provider, marketing automation tool, or CRM system, the company says.
