Cytrio Offers Privacy Compliance Product For Mid-Market Firms

Privacy compliance firm Cytrio has launched a tool to help mid-market companies comply with data regulations such as CCPA in a cost-effective way.

The privacy rights management solution focuses on “the biggest pain point for mid-market companies: managing data privacy rights without dedicated resources or privacy teams while addressing a growing list of data privacy regulatory challenges and building consumer trust,” states Vijay Basani, founder and CEO of Cytrio.

The SaaS automation product can be easily deployed without professional services, the company says.

In addition, it provides secure data subject access request, an intake portal, automated discovery of personal information, request triage, orchestration, fulfillment and audit trails.

In addition to CCPA, these services help firms comply with CPRA, VCDPA, CPA and other laws, the firm states.

Analytica42, a risk and security solutions provider, is a channel partner of Cytrio. Data privacy is “vital to our continuing success,” says Gabriel Martinez, co-founder and CEO of Analytica42.

However, “many of the first-generation solutions take time to deploy and require a dedicated team of privacy professionals to operate, making it difficult for enterprise and mid-sized businesses to comply with CCPA and other data privacy regulations,” Martinez adds.

Cytrio’s new solution will “help our customers get the transparency they need to meet increasing, stringent data privacy regulations and build consumer trust,” Martinez continues.

In a related development, Boston-based Cytrio recently raised $3.5 million in seed funding.
