Sprout Social And Salesforce Partner On Social Usage

Sprout Social, Inc. and Salesforce have formed a global partnership that will allow Salesforce customers to manage their social media presence via the Sprout platform.  

Sprout will help those users with engagement, publishing & scheduling, analytics, listening, advocacy and platform integrations, while integrating with such Salesforce tools as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Slack, the company says. 

Joint customers will be able to build “closer connections with customers and operationalize social at scale,” says Ryan Barretto, president of Sprout Social.

Salesforce is a CRM platform designed to help brands manage interactions in multiple channels, including email, the latter via Salesforce Pardot.  

The Sprout platform will help Salesforce clients "harness the power of social” and assist brands in creating a 360-degree view of their customers,” says Ryan Strynatka, senior vice president and COO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
