Fyllo, a data marketing platform and source of cannabis and CBD purchase data, has acquired Semasio, a Germany-based digital marketing targeting firm. Terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed.
The acquisition will help Fyllo strengthen its data and engineering teams, provide more sophisticated brand insights and expand its data solutions globally.

Semasio helps marketers understand their audiences, reaching across 30 languages with through three types of targeting: audience, contextual, and brand fit, Fyllo says.
