Customer engagement platform MoEngage is partnering with Microsoft to help brands gather insights that can fuel personalized omnichannel campaigns.
The arrangement brings together Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, a consent-enabled customer data platform (CDP), and MoEngage ‘s Customer Engagement Platform
(CEP),
Brands can utilize Microsoft to create customer profiles based on transactional, behavioral and demographic data and export them to MoEngage for use
in emails, push notifications and text messages.
The goal is to help brands become customer-centric organizations, creating "memorable experiences across multiple
touchpoints,” says Raviteja Dodda, CEO and co-founder of MoEngage.
MoEngage also announced upgrades to its insights-based engagement platform: a proactive
assistant and product recommendations.
