KB Home, one of the largest home builders in the United States, appointed Team One, Publicis Groupe’s fully integrated media, digital and communications agency, as its new strategic and creative agency of record.

The account was won after a competitive review.

Team One will act as an extension of the KB Home marketing team. Team One will handle paid media, digital and social media communications, collateral, signage and emerging channels.

The agency's first work is expected this summer.
