Technology solutions provider BOTS, Inc. is offering services that it says will bring OpenAI and ChatGPT to B2B.   

ChatGPT Plus is now available to customers in the U.S. The company plans to expand access to additional countries. 

Companies can use the technology to create human-like conversational consumer experiences without engaging live agents, the company claims. 

In addition, they deploy it for content writing, but the company cautions that “content produced by AI will normally require editing and should always be carefully fact-checked and proofed.”

According to the company, the new technology can assist companies with:

• Ad copy creation – ChatGPT allows users  to produce text to accompany social media posts, paid ads and email campaigns.
• Keyword suggestions – AI can search online to find relevant answers to any input phrase.
• Email content –The software can produce draft text for an email in seconds.
• Translation –The chatbot can rewrite anything in an alternative language, the firm says. 

BOTS Inc. cites reports showing that ChatGPT reached 100 million active monthly users in January 2023, giving it the distinction of what Reuters says is the fastest-growing consumer application of all time.
