Conversation Analytics Firm Debuts AI Tool For Listening To Customer Interactions

CallTrackingMetrics is applying Open AI’s ChatGPT to customer conversations to identify pain points and qualify leads. 

The new tool, AskAI, allows users to listen to customers at scale, ask a natural-language question and use the answers to prompt follow-up workflows, the company says.

The goal is to use automation to help teams work smarter -- not harder, says Todd Fisher, co-founder and CEO of CallTrackingMetrics. 

AskAI can be pushed to other platforms that are integrated with CallTrackingMetrics, including HubSpot, Google and Salesforce.

By leveraging cutting-edge technology like ChatGPT, AskAI can deliver insights into “consumer interactions that power up both sales and marketing teams,” says Josh Sharpe, vice president of engineering at CallTrackingMetrics.
