According to Attentive, AI-powered Concierge provides:

- Hyper-personalization for each
interaction
- Expanded customer service options, allowing brands to extent their support channels to SMS
Attentive has improved Concierge by leveraging its
training on more than 1.4 trillion customer data points from more than 40 billion SMS messages, it says.
The company cites its own research showing that over 87% of consumers want to
connect with a brand via SMS for product or checkout-related questions.
