Microsoft, Aisera Collaborate To Provide Enterprises With ChatGPT, Generative AI

Aisera, a provider of generative artificial intelligence (AI), has partnered with Microsoft to deliver an AI "copilot" for enterprise service experiences.

The announcement extends the company's collaboration with Microsoft.

The company has already integrated the latest ChatGPT and generative AI capabilities from the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service into AI Service Experience (AISX) platform.

“We build copilots for IT, customer service, marketing, finance and others,” says Muddu Sudhakar, CEO and co-founder of Aisera. Founded in 2017, the company's technology uses large language models (LLMs) to support and solve experiences for enterprises and the company’s clients.

AI chatbots are optimized for each organization. Aisera’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology provides a reimagined user experience through its user-behavioral conversational engine to deliver human-like interactions with the speed of automation.

Take MacAfee, for example, Sudhakar says. Solving a cybersecurity problem for an antivirus software that doesn’t work is a common problem.

The idea is to gain easy access to answers. The out-of-the-box Enterprise Domain Packs (EDPs) is a global taxonomy and ontology library with industry-specific LLMs to support companies.

Companies want to create a way for customers of enterprises to get quick answers. Based on this challenge, Aisera is partnering with Microsoft using Azure OpenAI as the foundation for large language models (LLMs).

Aisera also offers a built-in AI workflow engine that triggers automated processes through its integration with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure Active Directory resulting in resolution rates of 75% or greater for customers. 

With more than 100 million global users, Aisera offers this service, calling it an AI copilot, to personalize the AI service experience platform, incorporating AI Service Desk, AI Customer Service, AIOps, and AI Contact Center for B2B and B2C organizations.

The customer service is a major piece of what Aisera does to help enterprises and companies.
