The new feature, Brevo AI Assistant, helps brands “break through inbox clutter and grab recipients' attention,” says Isabelle Guis, CEO North America and Global CMO, Brevo.
For instance, users can enter a brief description of the newsletter, and will receive personalized suggestions.
According to the company, brands can also use selected propositions like humor, power words or questions to refine the subject line before adding it to their campaign workflow.
The company’s site says brands can use the new solution to auto-generate marketing content.
“Neglecting AI puts marketers at a major disadvantage, while using it inappropriately carries its own set of risks,” Guis says.
Guis adds,
“To navigate this dynamic landscape successfully, marketers must increasingly lean on vendors to prioritize effectively, make informed decisions, and maintain the integrity of their
strategies.”
