Loop, a return management platform has debuted a tool to help brands with returns and exchange tracking.
The new feature, Track by Loop, allows merchants to send timely tracking updates to customers within one platform, the company says.
Track by Loop is built, in part, on integrations with Klaviyo and Gorgias. Users can use Gorgias Help Desk and maintain Loop tracking emails in the Klaviyo platform, the company adds.
The goal is to help brands “take ownership of the post-purchase experience at every touchpoint, driving business outcomes and achieving better customer interactions,” says Tasha Reasor, SVP of marketing at Loop.
Users can deliver proactive on terminal shipping errors directly in the Gorgias Help Desk and maintain Loop tracking emails in the Klaviyo platform, the company adds.
Loop has conducted a survey showing that 69% of shoppers expect retailers to have an easy-to-follow returns policy.
