Stagwell media agency Assembly has been named paid media agency of record for athletic footwear and apparel marketer Brooks Running for North America.
Last year the company spent $7 million on measured media in the region, according to agency research firm COMvergence.

Assembly will oversee Brooks’ programmatic, social, direct partnerships, and video strategy and execution across NA, the companies said.
The company has previously worked with Cincinnati-based Empower on media efforts.
Brooks Running is the latest in a series of new business wins for Assembly in North America, including financial services company T. Rowe Price and children’s apparel maker Carter’s.
Assembly elevated Valerie Davis to NA CEO in April and the firm has boosted new business revenue by 20% in the first half of the year.
