Tampa ad agency Spark has been awarded creative marketing AOR duties for Visit Baltimore, the city’s tourism marketing arm.
The selection followed a competitive RFP process. Media was not in play and TBC will continue to handle media chores on the account.
Spark will refresh certain visual elements of Visit Baltimore’s branding and create new campaigns promoting the city’s history, family-friendly attractions, diverse neighborhoods, must-see arts and culture institutions and more.
The win follows Spark's appointment as Brand USA's creative AOR earlier this year.
