Hijinks Collective Taps Iveson As CEO, Focuses On 'Positivity'

Hijinks Collective, a new London-based creative agency, appointed Alicia Iveson CEO-co-founder. The agency's philosophy is “positivity through creativity.”

Previously, Iveson was managing partner at Saatchi & Saatchi. Before that, she held posts at Joint and Ogilvy. Iveson is joined by fellow co-founders and chief creative officers Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby.

Hijinks debuted with account assignments from YouTube, The Royal Navy, Kingfisher Plc and Creative Equals.

Kerr worked with Iveson at Joint, while Kerr and Allenby are former Publicis London colleagues.

Prior to Hijinks, Allenby was an executive creative director and board member within The VCCP Group. Kerr also worked at YouTube's Creative Studio and various agencies, such as Colenso BBDO, BBH London and VMLY&R London.

The Hijinks Collective is committed to co-creation, producing “creative bubbles” with client partners. The agency's working model is a cross between an external agency and in-house team.

“Alicia embodies the Hijinks spirit, energy and optimism. The chance for us all to build an agency we truly believe in with a better way of working is the dream. And let’s face it, the world needs more positivity right now. Hijinks may be the new kids on the block, but we know this block inside and out,” said Kerr and Allenby.
