Condado Tacos has named Doe-Anderson as its first agency of record for
strategy, creative, and national media planning and buying.
The selection of Doe-Anderson comes as Condado is accelerating its expansion. Since its founding in 2014 in Columbus,
OH, the “build-your-own" taco joint has grown to 50 restaurants in 10 states, including metro areas such as Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Nashville, Pittsburgh, and
more.

The company has the backing of New York-based private equity firm Beekman Group and has stated publicly that it expects to open about eight new
restaurants annually.
The Doe-Anderson team, with experience in the restaurant category – it's worked with brands including Chili’s, Dunkin
and Texas Roadhouse – will work with Condado on brand, creative and media strategies.
The client’s positioning will remain the place to “Come As You Are” and
embody a culture where all are welcome. The company claims not to own any freezers to amplify its fresh ingredients approach.
Since its founding, Condado has celebrated communities by working
with local artists to hand-paint the walls of every new restaurant with one-of-a-kind floor-to-ceiling murals bursting with color, Condado characters and local history.
The agency’s first
work will launch later this year.
