Visit Florida tapped BarkleyOKRP as its new agency of record. The win followed a review.
The agency will build a new brand platform and handle advertising, branding and marketing to sustain
visitor growth.
Dana Young, CEO of Visit Florida, said she "valued the integrated team and approach" the agency brought to the pitch.
Katy Hornaday, Chief Creative Officer at
BarkleyOKRP, added the account has a "full ecosystem of TV, social, actions, partnerships and more that we can't wait to leverage to drive more love for the state."
BarkleyOKRP started working
together on the pitch early this year, before the agencies Barkley and OKRP merged. An integrated team will work on the travel account, supported by its satellite office in Orlando.
New work
is expected to roll out by the end of this year.
