In a Middle East expansion move, Havas has acquired Dubai-based ecommerce and retail media firm Liquid.
Liquid will be rebranded as Liquid Havas and become part of Havas Market, the ecommerce practice that Havas launched in 2020 and which is now operational across 30+ markets worldwide.

Liquid was established in 2016 and currently has a team of more than 100 employees serving clients like Nestle, PepsiCo, Beiersdorf and Procter & Gamble.
Havas said that Liquid’s chief executive officer, Sachinn J Laala, will remain in his role.
