Shadow is The Mercer's new agency of record.

The agency is charged with handling celebrity and VIP partnerships, media relations and more. The hotel has been a notable downtown presence since 1997.

The SoHo hotel, located in a landmark Romanesque revival building, is known for luxury and service, offering 73 guest rooms across six floors. The Mercer also offers a 24-hour private gym and 24-hour in-room dining from the acclaimed Sartiano’s Restaurant.

Sartiano's offers casual dishes in the off lobby café and a more formal experience in the exquisite downstairs dining room.
