Omnicom Acquires Content Supply Chain Consultant, Builds On Adobe Relationship

At a time when many, if not all industries have been focused on supply-chain issues, Omnicom this morning announced the acquisition of LeapPoint, a digital marketing consultancy focused on helping marketers optimize their content supply chain.

LeapPoint, which touts itself as an Adobe "gold solution partner," was founded in 2006 and claims to have "600,000 hours of Adobe-related implementations and integrations" supporting a roster of hundreds of brand marketers, including ones featured on its website: Aflac, Anthem, Comerica, Fannie Mae, Nationwide, Penn State, Raytheon, the U.S. Small Business Association, Target, Verizon and Walmart.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Omnicom stated that its acquisition of Reston, Virginia-based LeapPoint "builds upon Omnicom's longstanding partnership with Adobe including being a Platinum Level Partner. Omnicom is a proud user of Adobe's content supply chain solution."
