Dutch chocolate company Tony’s Chocolonely has named Total Mediaplus, part of the Mediaplus Group, as its new media agency. The award followed a formal review.
Working from hubs in London, Amsterdam and New York, Total Mediaplus will provide global planning, buying and performance marketing services.

The agency will support Tony’s Chocolonely’s global market expansion and amplify its vision of ending exploitation in the cocoa business.
Both companies are certified B Corporations, a factor in the review.
The client is dedicated to ending child and other forced labor and deforestation in the cocoa trade.
Sadira E. Furlow, Chief Brand Officer at Tony’s Chocolonely, said the company “exists to end exploitation in cocoa - everything we do is in service of that. ... We see this partnership as a strategic opportunity to support” next steps in that mission.
