Agri-marketing agency Think
Shift named Kristi Spence as vice president, strategy.
The new post is the Canadian agency's first hire as it expands into the United States.
Spence will be based in Utah.
An agri-marketing vet, Spence previously worked at Dairy West as SVP, marketing, executing a brand strategy for Unbottled.

Think Shift CEO Robert Thorsten added that Spence's talent for “strategic thinking and bringing people together will be key to the development of our business on a global scale. As we continue to grow our presence stateside, her wealth of experience in the U.S. agriculture industry will be a core part of growing our team and client roster there.”
Think Shift currently works with Dairy West, Michigan Milk Producers Association, Chinook Lumber, CIBUS and Cultura Technologies in the U.S. It also works with Nutrien Ag Solutions in both the U.S. and Canada, and ADAMA on a global level.
