Lumber Liquidators Uses Founder To Promote Offerings

Large independent flooring retailer Lumber Liquidators has launched a new creative campaign with their agency of record, Pinnacle Advertising.

Pinnacle won the account in March.

The new campaign runs on broadcast television, CTV and social media It includes three 30-second spots, 15-second spots, OOH and digital display.

The spots feature founder Tom Sullivan, who appears in the commercials with the parting words of “tell them Tom sent you.”

“Together with Pinnacle, we wanted to get back to the basics of our offering. One of our spots is called "No Frills," and that says it all. We focus on delivering high-quality products at the best possible prices,” said Sullivan.

Michael Magnusson, CEO of Pinnacle Advertising, said the agency created “a direct and down-to-earth creative campaign that we feel perfectly reflects both the company and its founder.”

Pinnacle has also done work for Litter Genie, San Francisco Giants and Northern California Honda Dealers.

Lumber Liquidators has more than 200 stores nationwide.
