Siberia has appointed Jeff Brecker as partner, growth & innovation.
The 20+ year marketing vet was previously R/GA SVP, managing director and vice president, global
creative at Kimberly-Clark.
Before that, Brecker grew R/GA Chicago office, including the company’s global Brand AI practice. His client work includes Pepsi, UFC and Capital
One.
He's held additional senior leadership roles at Digital Kitchen, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and DDB.
“What drew me to Siberia was a deep alignment in values. A shared belief that
real innovation comes from questioning the obvious and building with intention. I’m inspired by the opportunity to work alongside a team that values clarity over noise and purpose over trend.
I’m here to help push boundaries, not for the sake of innovation alone, but to build things that matter.” Becker told Agency Daily.
The 12-year-old Siberia has worked with top brands, including Google, Nike and The New York Times, as well as Reese’s Book Club and Insomnia Cookies.
